My sister in law belongs to a belly dancing "troupe" and once tried to teach me and some friends how to do it.
All I remember is her saying to swing our hips like we were shutting a car door - somehow we didnt pull it off quite as gracefully as she did and quit soon thereafter.
belly dancers will be at my wedding, among other performing acts.
Wasn't that better than anticipated? I certainly enjoyed it. Especially the girl in the purple. -craig
